Michael Papay
Michael Papay's journey has been singularly focused on shaping the future of work to help employees and organizations take the action they need to flourish. His 15-year tenure as a founding partner of Fort Hill Company witnessed pioneering strides in learning transfer and behavior change, partnering with the most respected training firms ranging from the Center for Creative Leadership to the Ken Blanchard Company, and the most respected organizations like Pfizer, HP, GE, and Cisco Systems.
As a venture-funded entrepreneur, Michael catapulted Waggl to success, earning accolades such as consistently being a ‘Best Place to Work’ in the San Francisco Bay Area while ranking #151 on the INC 5000 fastest-growing companies list. Now steering Sageful AI, his deep domain expertise is set to redefine personalized learning, bridging the global knowing-doing gap. As an alumnus of Babson College with a degree in Entrepreneurship, Michael is also passionate about helping entrepreneurs fulfill their missions and dreams.

Drew Batshaw
Drew Batshaw's tech journey most recently led him to Perceptyx, where as VP of Engineering - Data Analytics and AI, he gained deep domain experience in AI, Analytics, and machine learning while running several development teams, centralizing analytics, and launching a new reporting platform.
As CTO and co-founder of Waggl, Drew drove the platform to success, supporting large complex organizations ranging from the Department of Defense, Veterans Administration, MGM Mirage to dozens of the country's largest hospitals, transforming how companies listen and improve the experience of their employees. This success culminated in Waggl's acquisition by TCV/Perceptyx. With a strong educational foundation from USC Marshall School of Business and Vassar College, Drew's expertise in AI and analytics is poised to drive significant breakthroughs in the development of the workforce.
